Delivery is Free! We are proud to provide all our customers with Free Shipping, on all orders!

We ship worldwide! We’ve partnered with major carriers in global logistics which means that we are able to deliver our wall art products to customers in 180+ countries and islands arounds the world. Our canvas prints are packaged in rigid tubes for protection of the canvas in transit and are delivered by postal carriers worldwide. We ship across the USA via USPS or UPS, and in Canada via Canada Post. United Kingdom shipments will be dispatched via Evri or Royal Mail. Deliveries across mainland Europe will be shipped via Deutsche Post, DHL, PostNL, Correos for Spain and PostNord for Scandinavia. Australasia deliveries are handled via Australia Post and deliveries in Asia via Singapore Post. Some orders may be shipped via DHL or TNT, depending on the weight and size of the package. We provide tracked shipment on all orders. Your order will be updated with shipment tracking details within approx. 3-5 business days after your order ships.

Tracking Notes

For some destinations shipped via Free Shipping, tracking details may not be updated until the final leg of the journey, when the package is out for delivery.

For some shipping companies, it may take approx. 5-7 business days for the tracking information to update on our system.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages.

For some international shipments, there may be several days between tracking updates – it can take a number of days for a package to move between postal distribution centers while in transit to its destination.

If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. All orders can be cancelled until they are processed for shipment. Once the shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled and you will need to wait for the item to be delivered before returning it back to us and claiming a refund. Our returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To request a return, please contact us via our Contact page quoting your order number and the reason for your return. For more information, please refer to our Refunds & Returns Policy.

For security, our store restricts order totals to $500 (or the equivalent in your local currency). If you wish to place a larger order, or your cart total is greater than this amount, then you will need to submit more than one order for the items that you require.

No. All our wall art products are supplied as unframed canvas prints, so you will need to purchase your frames separately. Each canvas print is packaged neatly rolled and dispatched in a rigid tube to protect the canvas print in transit. This means that we can provide Free Shipping, while minimizing the risk of damage to the canvas in transit.

We provide a wide range of print sizes, as detailed in the Size options on each of our product pages. Unfortunately, we are unable to supply any custom print sizes other than those sizes listed on our product pages.

All our wall art products are supplied as fine art canvas prints only. We do not sell art in digital format.
